Shipping Policy

We wish we could get our products into the hands of everyone. Currently, we can ship to the continental U.S. and most international countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO or other military addresses. We are working on getting our products everywhere around the world. Email us if you have more questions.

Most orders are processed within 2-7 business days before shipping. This does not include weekends and holidays. However, please understand that there may be slight delays, depending on the volume of orders received at a given time. We appreciate your understanding.

This means that your order is being packaged or has been submitted to the courier company for processing, usually the USPS tracking number needs to wait for the courier company to store the package and send it to us before we update the order.

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Average shipping time is about 7 to 15 working days. Your tracking number will be updated 1-3 days after your order has been shipped.

You can change the shipping address ONLY if the order has not been shipped. Please double check your shipping address and make sure it is correct when you are placing the order.

While we try our best to ship out your orders in the speediest manner, unfortunately, it is difficult to guarantee specific delivery times or be held responsible for delays in transit.

If there is a substantial delay in the delivery of your order, we suggest contacting your local post office with your tracking number to expedite the shipping process. Unfortunately, once an order is out of our hands, we have no more information than you regarding the whereabouts of your package. Please contact the mail carrier for any delivery concerns you may have.

Important Notice: Affected by the COVID, the delivery time for the orders in Australia and New Zealand may be delayed by 2-5 days, and tracking information online may need a few days to be updated.

We ship all orders from CHINA. Orders will be shipped to the address on file. For security reasons I do not change addresses once a sale has been verified and approved via bank card services. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure an accurate, current, and safe delivery address.

Very rarely does lose or damage packages, but it is recommended that you purchase Priority shipping to insure your items, with the additional perk of expedited shipping. Once packages are dropped at Post Office, they are tracked but out of my hands...for this reason I cannot be responsible for lost, misdelivered or stolen parcels.

Nailpoper assumes no responsibility for lost or missing packages and are not required to issue refunds or replacements on these orders. Once nails are shipped, you'll need to keep track of where your package is left.

If your order was marked as “delivered” and it’s missing; check with your neighbors in case the package was delivered to the wrong address by mistake or contact your local post office.
