Refund Policy

Due to our product being made to order, we will not offer any refund, return, or exchanges.

Please measure your own nails, and double check all purchases before checking out.

If you are unsure about your measurements, please refer to our website  to learn how to measure nail size.

  • Returns will only be permitted if the mistake is on our side.

Notes:

  • Please note colors may be different from actual product depending on computer screen.
  • Due to all products being handmade, there will be slight variations on embellishment such as crystals, stickers, foils, etc...

If there is anything wrong with your order, please contact us (order@nailpoper.com) within 5 days of receiving your order.

Your order is validated once your payment has been accepted by us. Nailpoper reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer has an existing dispute with the company or if Nailpoper believes that the Customer is at risk of non-payment.

We reserve the right to ask the Customer for additional information if we deem it necessary, such as an ID or proof of address. Without a response from the Customer within 5 days of the order, your order and payment will be cancelled. We commit ourselves to honor the orders received, only within the limits of available stocks.
